in my third day of school while, I was home napping the second grader was learning his cursive alphabet. The teacher had him illustrate the letter “G” for the display above the chalk board. I am now having children read to my friends from his book, Heads-to-Tales that is hanging in the libraries.. They are great one line excuses of why dogs cannot run a Garage Sale.

“ Finished reading to my friends from my childhood books “ Dick and Jane”

It is an easy read “See Dick. See Jane”

See Dick run. See Jane Run.”

“ Perhaps an adult will read the phrase of “ the dogs of war” from Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar or “ a dog will have his day” from Hamlet. I hope that is true, tired of humans thinking it is always their day.”

“ Meanwhile my friends are getting lost in reading Bruce Cameron’s novel “ A Dog’s Way Home” though they could wait to see the motion picture.”
