What bothers you and why?

“ He is decided to wait twenty four hours and not have phone service. I would have paid a partial payment. He decided to make a full payment in August and call it in tomorrow. It made sense to everyone. Even the company. But I can’t do the monetary number game. My friends cannot, too.”
